Information and Help Desks
Information desks are located on both the Arrivals and Departures level. Courtesy telephones are situated throughout the airport.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: ATMs and bureaux de change are available throughout the terminal. Internet access is available through public kiosks in the terminal building. Eating and drinking: Bars, restaurants and cafés are concentrated in the Departures level and the Aeroquay and jetty. Shopping: Duty-free and various other shops are available on the Departures level and the Aeroquay and jetty. Luggage: A left-luggage facility is provided in the Arrivals halls. The lost and found office is situated next to it (tel: 514 636 0499). Other facilities: A prayer room can be found on the Departures level.

Disabled Facilities
Parking for disabled travellers is provided in the short-term parking lots. Disabled drivers are eligible for long-term parking rates contact the Parking Coordinator (tel: 514 633 3016) for further information. Lifts connect all levels of the airport and text telephones are available throughout the terminal. Wheelchairs are available; passengers should contact their airline in advance.

Conference and Business Facilities
There are no conference facilities at the airport, although there are VIP lounges that are equipped with fax machines and computer terminals. The Montréal Airport Hilton Hotel (tel: 514 631 2411) has a fully equipped business centre and conferencing facilities for up to 600 people.

Car Hire
Car hire is available on-site from Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz, National and Thrifty, with offices situated in the Arrivals area.

Car Parking
There are short- and long-term parking facilities, including the new Econoparc facility, at the airport. A free shuttle bus service operates from the long-term and Econoparc facilities to the airport, departing every 15 minutes. A Valetparc service (tel: 514 633 3440) is also available immediately outside the terminal building.

Driving Directions
The airport is situated off the east-west Highway-20, but can also be reached from Montréal directly along the Côte-de-Liesse Highway-520.

Public Transport
Road: Taxi: Taxis are readily available. Limousine: Limousines also serve the airport (tel: 514 633 3019). Bus: Aérobus (tel: 514 931 9002) offers a shuttle service from the airport to the centre of Montréal, at the Aérobus Station. It also operates a shuttle service between Montréal-Trudeau and Montréal-Mirabel airport, which is free for passengers on stopovers of less than 15 hours and for children under five. A complimentary shuttle service is available between the Aérobus Station and major downtown hotels. There are several bus services operating from the airport to various destinations in Canada. The airport’s website provides a complete listing of these. Buses and shuttles depart from the terminal forecourt, in front of the Arrivals area.

Airport Hotels
There are no hotels at the airport. There are over ten hotels in the immediate area, including the Auberge de l’ Aéroport (tel: 514 828 5080), Hôtel Aéroport (tel: 514 735 5702), Montréal Airport Hilton Hotel (tel: 514 631 2411) and Ramada Aéroport (tel: 514 733 8818).
