Information desks (tel: 718 533 3400) can be found at various points throughout the central terminal building.

Airport Facilities
Money and communications: ATMs are located in all terminals. Bureaux de change can be found in the Central Terminal, the US Airways Terminal and the Delta Terminal. Eating and drinking: There are many restaurants, bar and fast-food outlets in all terminals. Shopping: Duty-free shops are located in the Central and Delta Terminal. Newsagents are located in all terminals. Other shops, such as gift shops and bookstores are located in the Central, Delta and US Airways Terminals. Luggage: All left-luggage facilities are currently suspended at the airport. Trolleys are available in the Delta Terminal. A lost property service is available (tel: 718 533 3988). Other facilities: The airport has a medical and dental service, and a family assistance restroom.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is fully accessible to disabled travellers and is equipped with ramps, lifts, disabled toilets and TDD phones. Unaccompanied disabled passengers should inform their airline in advance of any special assistance they may need. All car parks have dedicated disabled spaces.

Conference and Business Facilities
Business and conference facilities are located in the Laptop Lane business centre (tel: 718 424 1301) at the Central Terminal. Eight individual cubicles and a conference room for 12 people are available; all are equipped with desktop computers, a five-line telephone, fax machine, laser printer and data ports. Fax and Internet services are also available at the Business Traveler Center located in the Central Terminal. Wireless Internet is available in the Central Terminal.

Car Hire
Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz and National have desks or courtesy telephones in the Arrivals levels of each terminal; courtesy shuttles transport customers from the terminal to the car hire offices. Hertz and Avis provide adapted cars for disabled drivers.

Car Parking
Short-term and daily parking is available in car parks 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Long-term parking is available in car park 3, although there are limited spaces. Additional long-term car parking is located in private off-airport sites, which are very close to the airport and can be accessed by following the ‘P’ signs at the airport exit. Metered parking is available at the Marine Air Terminal. Call for further parking information (tel: 718 533 3850).

Driving Directions
From Manhattan, take Grand Central Parkway East; from Long Island, take Grand Central Parkway West. The airport is signposted.

Public Transport
Road: Taxi: Official taxis are available to all areas from in front of all terminals. Bus: There are many buses, which run from the airport to all areas of New York. The New York Airport Express Bus runs a service to Grand Central Station. An hourly service also runs to Penn Station. There are MTA New York City Transit services to Manhattan and Queens. Shared-ride services also run door-to-door services on demand. Ground transportation information is available in the Arrivals areas of all terminals.

Hotels near the airport include the Crowne Plaza (tel: 718 457 6300), New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott (tel: 718 565 8900) and Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel (tel: 718 460 6666). Hotel information points or courtesy telephones are available in all terminals.
