Information desks can be found in the main terminal on the baggage reclaim and ticketing levels (tel: 216 265 6030). The Cleveland Convention and Visitors Bureau is located on the baggage reclaim level, offering information on Cleveland’s sights.

Money and communications: ATMs are located on the ticketing level and concourses C and D. Public telephones are situated throughout the terminal. Eating and drinking: Facilities at the airport include fast-food restaurants, coffee shops and bars, situated on the ticketing level and concourses. Shopping: There are various shops at the airport, including a tobacconists, leather goods shop and a beauty retailer, amongst others, located on the ticketing level. Gift shops and newsagents are situated on all concourses. Other facilities: White courtesy telephones are situated throughout the airport for emergencies.

The airport is accessible to disabled passengers. Wheelchairs, lifts and escalators can all be found at the airport; passengers requiring special assistance should contact the airline prior to travel. Disabled parking is available. Some car hire companies can provide adapted vehicles for disabled drivers if booked in advance.

There is a business centre, located on the ticketing level, offering fax and Internet facilities. Meeting rooms and business facilities are also available at the on-site Sheraton Airport Hotel (tel: 216 267 1500), with a fully equipped business centre, 26 meeting rooms seating from six to 600 delegates.

Car hire companies, including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty, are located in an off-site consolidated car hire area. Shuttles transport passengers to the car hire area from the lower level of the baggage reclaim level.

Short- and long-term parking are both located within the airport grounds. All car parks are connected to the terminal building by an enclosed pedestrian bridge.

From downtown Cleveland, take the I-90 for 3km (2 miles) and take the 170B exit, continuing south on the I-71. Bearing right, continue southwest onto Berea Freeway, keeping right onto the ramp before turning west onto Terminal Drive. From Terminal Drive, bear left onto Park Road, then right onto Jackson Road and again onto South Terminal Road, which is the access road for the airport.

Rail: The airport is served by the city’s RTA rapid metro train service on the red line, which runs direct to the city centre, connecting to suburban bus and rail services. The station is located on the level below baggage reclaim. Road: Taxi: Taxis are available on the baggage reclaim level of the airport. Limousine: Limousine companies are also available on the baggage reclaim level. Hotel shuttles and door-to-door express shuttles to other destinations are also available.

The Sheraton Airport Hotel (tel: 216 267 1500) is the only on-site hotel. Nearby hotels include the Cleveland Airport Marriott (tel: 216 252 5333), Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport (tel: 440 234 3131) and the Holiday Inn Cleveland Airport (tel: 216 252 7700). Other hotels in the area include the HI Express Brook Park, Fairfield Inn Brook Park, Hilton Garden Inn, Residence Inn Cleveland, Ramada Inn Cleveland and the one-star Red Roof Cleveland. There is a courtesy phone centre near baggage reclaim; many hotels can be contacted to provide a courtesy shuttle bus.
