The hotels below have been classed into four different pricing categories: $$$$ (over NOK2000) $$$ (from NOK1500 to NOK2000) $$ (from NOK1000 to NOK1500) $ (under NOK1000) These prices are the starting prices for a double room, including service charge and tax, but excluding breakfast, unless otherwise stated. Prices do go down outside the high season (May to Aug) so enquire with the hotel to find out about promotional rates.
Clarion Admiral Hotel One of the most characteristic hotels in Bergen, on the premises of old, dignified storehouses from the turn of the century that were converted in 1987. The hotel’s 210 rooms are all elegant and comfortable. Refurbished in 1998.

Hotel Dreggen A well-run establishment with a homely atmosphere, Hotel Dreggen, situated north of the famous Bryggen, between the St Mary’s church and the Rosenkrantztower, is a perfect starting point for sightseeing in Bergen.
