Tours of the City The majority of those visiting Tripoli do so as part of an organised tour; therefore there are currently no dedicated city tours. Anyone wanting to organise a tour of Tripoli or an excursion from the city should try and arrange this through their hotel concierge or a local travel agent. Both the Medina and the more interesting parts of the new city (around Green Square) are easily navigable on foot and can be explored without a tour guide. |
