Occupation Museum

Description
Opened in 1966 by Richard Heaume, a founder member of the Occupation Society, the German Occupation Museum has one of the most extensive collections of war memorabilia on the island. The museum has many artefacts and exhibits covering the five years of German occupation during WWII from 1940 to 1945. There are also two fortification sites that are the property of the museum that have been faithfully restored and are open for visitors to view.
