Passports
Passport valid for six months after date of entry into Anguilla required by all except:
1. nationals of the USA with an original birth certificate and official photo ID.


Visas
Required by all except the following:
(a) nationals of countries referred to in the chart above and nationals of their overseas territories;
(b) citizens of Commonwealth countries (except nationals of Bangladesh, Cameroon, Fiji, The Gambia, Ghana, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Maldives, Mauritius, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and Uganda who do require visas);
(c) nationals of Andorra, Argentina, Bahrain, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, East Timor, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Iceland, Israel, Korea (Rep), Marshall Islands, Mexico, Micronesia (Federated States of), Monaco, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, San Marino, Switzerland, Uruguay, Vatican City, Venezuela and Zimbabwe.
Note: Nationals of the following countries require Direct Airside Transit Visas (DAVTs) to transit through Anguilla, even if not leaving the airport: Afghanistan, China (PR), Colombia, Congo (Dem Rep), Croatia, Ecuador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Serbia and Montenegro, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Uganda.

Validity
Three months from date of issue. Extensions can be granted in Anguilla.

Application requirements
(a) Valid passport with two blank pages. (b) One application form (AV/BT). (c) Proof of onward or return ticket. (d) Fee payable in cash.

Working days required
Three to four weeks. An extra one to two days may be added if applying by post.

Temporary residence
Persons intending to take up residence and/or employment should contact the Immigration authorities in Anguilla (see Contact Addresses section).
