Currency
Pound (£) = 100 pence. UK notes and coins are legal tender and circulate together with Channel Islands issue, which are in the same denominations. Channel Islands notes can be reconverted at parity in UK banks, although they are not accepted as legal tender in the UK.

HSBC and Lloyds/TSB have cash dispensers on Victoria Street. All major credit cards can be used on the island.
