The Cayman Islands are legally supposed to limit the number of cruise passengers to 6000 (three to four ships) per day. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the busiest days in port. There is no cruise ship dock and passengers are ferried ashore by tenders to the North or South dock terminals in George Town.
