A yellow fever certificate is required from travellers over six months of age arriving within six days from infected areas.

Food & drink
Water on the island is considered safe to drink. Bottled mineral water is widely available. Milk is pasteurised and dairy products are safe for consumption. Local meat, poultry, seafood, fruit and vegetables are generally considered safe to eat.

Other risks
Hepatitis A and rabies occur.

Health care
There is one hospital on St Eustatius. Health insurance is advised.
