Duty Free
The following items may be imported into Ukraine without incurring customs duty:
200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250g of tobacco products; 1l of spirits and 2l of wine (persons over 20 years of age only); goods for personal use, provided holding proof of their export, or imported under conditions of transit (toiletries and personal effects); gifts up to the value of ¬200.
Prohibited
Items which can be harmful and dangerous to the health of the population or animals or environment; products containing propaganda or war or racism or genocide; agricultural goods for non-commercial purposes without authorised certificate; high-frequency radio and electronics and communication means; gas; hunting weapons unless permission is given bu authorised relative in Ukraine; dogs and cats (cats, dogs and all birds except pigeons are allowed import if they have veterinarian health certificate not issued over 10 days prior to arrival; rabbits need proof of inoculation done at least 30 days before transportation, or proof of yearly inoculation); pigeons.
